Acer Chromebook C720 Specs Say - It Boots In Seconds & Runs On Haswell; Price Is $250

Acer has launched a new Google Chromebook - The Acer C720, which was debuted earlier this year. Brought to us by Google and Acer is a Chrome OS running gadget that features a 11.6 inch (1366 x 768 resolution) anti-glare display. At 0.7 inch thin, the Chromebook is really sleek and weighs 1.4 kg. Powered by a dual-core Intel Celeron 2955U Processor based on the Intel Haswell micro-architecture, the new design of the Chromebook is 30 percent thinner and boots up in less than 7-seconds. Available now for pre-order atAmazon.com and BestBuy.com for $249.99, the Acer C720 Chromebook comes with a standard one-year parts and labor warranty, which can be extended to three years with the Acer Advantage service.

With support for 4GB of DDR3L memory and a 16GB SSD, the new Chromebook features connectivity through Dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and 10/100/Gigabit Ethernet. With the help of HDMI, VGA, USB 2.0 ports and a 2-in-1 memory card slot - users have all the essentials in place. The presence of a HD Camera and batterylife of up to 8.5 hours - means life is pretty easy with Chromebook.
